What to Expect

Typical Engagement: 2-3 Hours

Most families complete their initial planning in 2-3 hours of counseling time, typically spread across 2 sessions:

  • Session 1 (1-1.5 hrs): Understanding your situation, values, and goals
  • Session 2 (1-1.5 hrs): Working through decisions, documentation guidance, family communication

Total investment for most families: $1,000 - $1,500

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this covered by insurance?

No. These counseling services are not covered by health insurance. It is unknown whether they qualify for HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds. Check with your plan administrator.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe (credit/debit card), Venmo, and Zelle. Invoices are sent via Stripe after each session or at the time of package purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can take difficult turns, especially during the times when you're seeking this kind of support. There is no charge for cancellations. Simply let us know as soon as you can, and we'll reschedule when you're ready.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

We prefer in-person sessions when possible, but virtual sessions are available for clients in all Interstate Medical Licensure Compact states. This allows us to serve families across much of the country.
